You acknowledge that these Sweepstakes Official Rules are between you and the Sponsor and do not impose any obligations on Apple Inc., Google LLC, or Amazon.com, Inc. These companies are third-party beneficiaries of these Rules and have the right to enforce the terms against you. Apple, Google, and Amazon are not responsible for the App or its content. They have no warranty obligation and are not responsible for addressing any claims related to the App.

VII. DATA RETENTION
